Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if work has not started or if ABSS Nexus Technologies is unable to begin the agreed work due to an internal reason.
Non-Refundable Work
Payments are generally non-refundable once design, development, maintenance, content updates, bug fixing, consultation, or other agreed work has started.
Third-Party Charges
Domain, hosting, premium tools, paid plugins, themes, APIs, and third-party service charges are non-refundable and depend on the policies of those providers.
Cancellation
If a client cancels an active project, payment for completed work, planning, designs, development, and used third-party resources may be deducted.
